I am a certified physiotherapist graduated from the physiotherapy department of Metropolitan College of Athens. My role in the team of Giotikas Clinic is to develop postoperative rehabilitation plans focusing on maintaining mobility and functionality, reducing pain and inflammation and to guide patients on correct implementation of lengthening techniques to safely achieve their lengthening goals. In addition, a crucial aspect of my role is the collection of clinical data for research and clinical audit purposes. I have the mindset that we go through the journey of lengthening together with patients, having them in the center of the post-operative recovery process and helping them to become independent as quickly as possible.
