Rehabilitation Accommodation Payment Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing our rehabilitation accommodation services following your orthopaedic surgery.

Please arrange payment of the outstanding rehabilitation and accommodation balance within 5 calendar days of receipt of this invoice. To assist with payment allocation, please include your full name as the payment reference wherever possible.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment in full is due within 5 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Please include the patient’s full name as the payment reference to ensure prompt and accurate allocation of funds.
3. The charges relate to rehabilitation support, accommodation and associated services provided during your recovery period following surgery.
4. Any queries regarding the invoice should be raised within 5 calendar days of receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the charges.
5. The patient remains responsible for all rehabilitation and accommodation costs incurred during their stay unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
6. Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges or intermediary banking costs are the responsibility of the payer and should not reduce the amount due.
7. Late payment may result in additional administration costs and may affect the provision of future services.
8. By making payment, you confirm that the services have been provided and that you accept these terms and conditions.
